The company was founded in January 2009 by the Fedyantsev family — daughter Elina and her father Alexey — as a media company specializing in exhibitions and publishing.

The key annual event for makers, designers, creative entrepreneurs and everyone passionate about making things by hand. The exhibitions bring together up to 680 exhibitors and attract more than 60,000 visitors annually, with exhibition space of up to 13,000 m². Formula Rukodeliya exhibitions are currently held in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
